THIRD INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ELECTRONIC COMMERCE AND ELECTRONIC BUSINESS

The third International Conference on Electronic Commerce and Electronic Business, organized by the E-commerce Agency, was held May 21 to 23, 2003 in Palic SCG.

The participants were welcomed by Ph.D. Misa Ivkovic, on behalf of the Serbian Ministry of science, technology and development, Mrs. Radmila Medakovic, on behalf of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.

Over 270 participants were present at the symposium. They had the opportunity to attend 34 presentations(24 oral presentations and 10 panel sections) and three round-table discussions, with the presentations of several case studies from the region of south east Europe.

The third symposium continued the tradition of confirming the successful domestic experiences in development of electronic business. The award for contribution to the development of electronic business in SCG, was established for the fist time and named E-trgovina AWARD 2003.
